Rishikesh, Uttarakhand: Senior Cane Inspector Gajendra Singh Rawat said that the sugarcane survey work for the crushing season 2024-25 will be done by cane supervisors using GPS technology from May 1, reported Live Hindustan.
All sugarcane farmers are requested to fill out the declaration form related to the sown sugarcane area online through the UK Cane app ahead of the start of the sugarcane survey. This is a mandatory process.
He appealed to the farmers to fill out their declaration forms on time and cooperate with the sugarcane survey team during the survey. He also asked them to contact the circle cane supervisor or the office of the senior cane development inspector for any information.
