Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Limited (VSIL) will supply additional 12 million litres of ethanol to the Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) during the period of June 2023 to November 2024, reports Moneycontrol.
The company entered into an agreement with the OMCs to supply the ethanol. The VSIL already supplied 20 million litres of ethanol from December 2022 to May 2023.
The company has received purchase orders from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) as well as Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL).
