Bihar: Work on ethanol projects are in full swing; state to organise investors summit on May 12

Patna: Bihar government will organise investors summit on May 12 in New Delhi to attract investment in the state.

Recently the state has witnessed the inauguration of the country’s first-ever greenfield plant by chief minister Nitish Kumar. Bihar government in the summit will showcase the potential of the state.

The government is leaving no stone unturned to attract investmnent in the state. Industry Minister Shahnawaz Hussain said that preparations are being made to make the Delhi meet a success.

Centre has approved the 17 project proposals for the production of ethanol based on maize and rice in the state, and works related to them are in full swing.

During the inauguration of ethanol plant, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had stated that Bihar aims to become one of the leading ethanol producers in the country.
